SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping cost
If customer uses the delivery service from S.F. Express by COD “Cash on delivery”, which means the customer will pay for the delivery right after arrival of the order. Then, we won’t charge shipping for the order. Otherwise, please check the shipping price from our product page. We charge shipping price differently due to variation of weight on different item.

All orders will be shipped using the following delivery service:

Hong Kong Post

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided for all orders. For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number that we have provided in the DHL,FedEx,or S.F. Express, TNT or Hong Kong Post website.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fee

Express Shipping:

Order will be processed within 1-7 business days if orders placed before 10:00am Monday to Friday (Hong Kong time). It takes 1-7 business days for delivery.
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days (Monday to Friday Hong Kong time). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from lettaa.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to lettaa.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Import Taxes & Duties

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by lettaa.com. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.

Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as lettaa.com cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.
